What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
Man is born into sin and the worst psycho and sociopaths amongst us all are attracted to power, or as President George Washington described it, we can never allow a power of Congress to be usurped to any public or private agency, because this power will always end up in the hands of "cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled men" and "this is the customary weapon by which free governments are destroyed." Or as Thomas Hobbs explained it, Man is essentially a no good s.o.b.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

No answer applies the best here because my views on economic and social matters to foreign policy is based entirely upon the restoration of a State of Liberty as the daily governing model, which provides for "the People" to rule over their government. Most people do not understand this and I have been called "the most conservative person anyone has ever know" all the way down to "you sound like a democrat." In my view, I am a true conservative because I am prone to conserve our institutions instead of rambling all over the place, the problem being America's federal government is technically bankrupt with a debt to GDP ratio of 105% and growing; and history defines a revolution as a governmental bankruptcy. Technically, America is in the 2nd Stage of a clinical revolution and the 3rd Stage is when the shooting starts. My entire candidacy is geared to front run any 3rd Stage by reforming our government back to the original tenets of our Constitution, in which I firmly believe in.
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
First, we must end the corruption that has driven healthcare costs to 18% of America's GDP, whereas the rest of the developed world spends 8%. That's a $1.9 trillion dollar overcharge. Take all our governments corruption and it comes to $5 trillion dollars. Until we reform all the federal agencies of the executive branch including Independent, Private and Public agencies we're wasting our time; until we get serious about how our government operates we're only re-arranging the chairs on the Titanic. America spends $3.5 trillion on healthcare. Reduce that cost by $1.9 trillion dollars and everything becomes possible and all options are on the table.
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
Pass HR 24/S 26: The Federal Reserve Transparency Act. The Fed is responsible for the misallocation of no less than $2.5 trillion dollars from savers to Wall Street each year through manipulation of interest rates alone. On top of that, Fed policies have created a virtual economy that means nothing, nothing nothing because trickle down does not work, it is an illusion designed to centralize the control over money, which is more dangerous than the centralization of the powers to make laws, 90% of which are made in agency without the benefit of the peoples Congress. Can you imagine if this $2.5 trillion dollars plus were redirected away from Wall Street and back into circulation so that all American's could partake of this investment capital? According to Okum's Law for every 2% increase in employment America would enjoy a 1% rise in GDP. Unemployment is currently somewhere between 16% and 20% in real terms. This means 7 to 8% growth in GDP. How do you like that?
What changes should be made to the tax code?
100 pages max. UNEARNED INCOME OVER $1 MILLION should be taxed at 75% and rising as the UNEARNED INCOME grows. Before you crucify me understand the difference between UNEARNED INCOME and EARNED INCOME. The only reason the tax code is over 77,000 pages is to codify all the exceptions written into the code by special interests who can afford to buy the best law money can buy.
What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
The Reformation of all Federal Agencies in accordance with the tenets of our Constitution, taking great care to include the definition of the word "PROPER" in the Necessary (but not necessarily) Proper Clause (Elastic Clause) of our Constitution (Art I Sec 8, last paragraph). Proper requires all laws and regulations must be passed by either a FEDERAL or STATE LEGISLATURE. How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?
Boost GDP and employment by the Reformation of the federal agencies of our government as I describe on my website Part II Domestic Policy (see above www.electfawell.com)
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
My studies I took up in College I have continued with writing 2 books. One on the Revolution I saw coming to America that is now here, and the only possible answer to this problem, a State of Liberty, a subject no one has seriously taken up since John Stuart Mill did with his "On Liberty" in 1859; and I must say he did a damn poor job of it. Conversely, I have done a good to better job, but I am learning everyday. Other than this, I have worked in the private sector my whole life. I understand government quite well. I grew up in it. In my family, politics is a way of life. I have observed all of its weaknesses and strengths. I understand how to utilize media to effectively share ideas with the people in order to make the necessary changes our rapidly changing world demands, because we either deal with reality, or reality is going to deal with America.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
I've been at this since June 5th, 1968 and I've known the issues facing America would come home to roost within my life time. I have studied and learned what these problems would mean and how they came to roost. I have worked in the markets and understand them. I've studied the Federal Reserve Banking system and know its history, its faults and its remedies. I am a dedicated historian and can explain how the Military Industrial Complex was formed and by who; same with the CIA. I am a firm believer that if you do not understand your history, you will never understand or anticipate the future. I have come to understand better than anyone how a State of Liberty is formed, how it works and what it means to America. Liberty is when the people rule over their government; it is what made America Great in the first place, and it is the only thing that can Make America Great Again. To restore Liberty to America is the best service any public servant can make to their fellow Americans.
