Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
If the mother's life is in danger it should be her decision. In cases of Rape or incest
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?
Vett more fully people wanting to come in from countries with ties to terrorists, stop allowing the wild card immigration and stop allowing the family immigration until they too can be more fully vetted.
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
I don't believe it was the nature of mankind. I believe it was the founders who had come from countries that had monarchs and aristocracy. They wanted a country where people could live in freedom with liberty and justice for all. Separate religion from Government because they had seen what is like to have the church in control of Government. Separation of powers was set up to not allow one branch of government to be in control. Yet our Congress has pretty much set themselves up as elitist.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
My relies beliefs are between me and God and I choose not to share this information.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
I have to live within my means and balance my checkbook. When was the last time you saw Congress write a budget or approve a longterm budget. They ask the president to write the budget, by Constitution it is Congress's responsibility specifically the House of Representatives. In 2004 Congress said they were going to fix immigration. Have they? Foreign Policy, we give away billions to foreign countries some wealthier than us yet we should leave that money here to take care of Americans. Our social programs are not helping those who need the help to get them out of a cycle of poverty. We need better ideas to help these people become independent.
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
I do not have enough information at this time to determine this. However, if elected I can look into it and hopefully work with others in the House to determine.
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
All it can through taxes, regulations and oversight. Help small businesses grow.
What changes should be made to the tax code?
Get the IRS to come to people with respect. The Tax Court is the only court you have to prove your innocence. There are many things that need changing, the sheer size and complexity need to to be changed, made simpler. Again I would have to get much counseling from others more knowledgable before I could make any decisions.
What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
No Answer
How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?
Take the payments to SS out of the General Fund so Congress won't spend it, and we were promised it would not be taxed, but they tax up to 80% of your SS.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
I have a BA in Political Science, with a minor in history. They say we study history because it repeats itself. It does repeat. I have over forty years raising a family living within my means, balancing my budget. Watching the cycles of tax increases and decreases. Watching gov react. I am a learned man and have seen a lot of policies good and bad. I can make good decisions given the information I ask for, I ask for very specific information. EX: An insurance company comes to me and tells me they are losing money, show me your books, prove to me you are losing money and prove to me you need a rate increase. What could you have done differently to prevent needing this increase?

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
We have many problems and they were not created overnight. They will take time to fix. We just have to tackle the problems one at a time. All I need is a mandate from the people of CD-35 to go represent them and start fixing these issues.
