The biggest boondoggle in the State of Washington is Sound Transit. Fix rail is 19th century technology. We need to promote rapid transit buses which offer more flexibility of scheduling and service.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
It means our religious community and their practices should not be controlled or dictated by government under most circumstances. Churches should be able to advocate for changes to existing laws without interference or threats from the government. What is happening in Canada can not be allowed to happen here.

First, make it more affordable by promoting tort form legislation and limiting the number of requirements for coverage. Allow health insurance to be purchased across state lines. Generous tax incentives for business to provide health insurance to employees.

We are a nation of immigrants and we grant about 1.2 million people citizenship every year. Twice as many as the rest of the world combined. But it needs to be legal and we need to invite potential new citizens who want to be part of our existing culture and have the ability to support themselves and their families.

I am a follower of Jesus Christ and I follow the Catholic Faith. Though I often attend church services with my 4 children who attend independent Christian churches. I am a supporter of Young Life ministries and hope every school district in our state would be very supportive of our efforts.

I have a 22 year voting record serving in three levels of public office. Steilacoom Historical School Board 1997-2004, Pierce County Council 2003–2012, State Representative 2013 – 2019.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
Bachelor of Science Public Health University Massachusetts-Amherst (1975), Masters Public Administration, Golden Gate University (1988), Air Command and Staff College (1984). 22 years of elected service at local, county and state levels .Steilacoom Historical School Board 1997-2004, Pierce County Council 2003–2012, State Representative 2013 – 2019. I have served on numerous community service boards and participated in serving my community. I have been honored to receive numerous awards and recognition for my efforts. Including, Joint Base Lewis McChord Civilian Hall of Fame recipient, National Wrestling Hall of Fame, Veterans Legislator of the year, Town of Steilacoom Citizen of the year and many more

I am 66 years of age, married for 41 years and blessed with 4 successful married Christian children and 11 grandchildren. My 45 years of public service has been very public and people who meet me like my level of energy and enthusiasm for service. There will be no surprises if I am fortunate to win election as your next Lieutenant Governor, State of Washington.

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?
1) $30 Car tabs as per guidance from the voters via Initiative. 2).Repeal of Senate Bill 5395 the new K-12 Sex Ed law. Currently busy gathering signatures for Referendum 90 and hopefully we will reject this law via our ballots in November 2020. 3) Legislation to enhance school choice. Charters schools, home school, private schools, all need to be promoted and made more affordable and accessible for parents.
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Racism is fortunately on a many decade decline and will continue. We are becoming a more ethnically diverse country every year through legal immigration and multi ethnic marriages. We are all Americans and should promote common sense conservative values. Those values initiated by our nations founders , stated in our Declaration of Independence and made law of our constitutional republic via our national constitution. This is a long answer to say "Racism is not a threat to domestic security".
