Congress has an approval rating of between 8-12 percent. Real change will come only after voters start sending 3rd Party Candidates to Congress. The two major political parties are in the pockets of the big money groups and wealthy individuals because it costs millions of dollars to win an election. Until we get the big money out of our political system, nothing will change.
