OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

First trimester only or only if the life of the mother is in danger afterwards.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

Also. there should be no public funding for pro life organizations.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Agree

A person owns their life, and body. They have a right to do with it as they please, and the government has no right to interfere with that.

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

When elected, I will introduce legislation to end property tax for

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

All State Government Department should be cut equally.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

There is no such thing as a free lunch. How are the Taxpayers going to pay for a rich person's child education without raising taxes?

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

As a openly gay candidate I find this kind of discrimination repulsive and a violation of the first amendment. Government does not have a right to discriminate against We the People.

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

Never! Hello Government take a look at the first amendment!

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

D

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

Democrats and Republicans are not We the People's Mommy and Daddy, It is the parents job to make sure that their children get their get the proper healthcare NOT the government.

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

First of all stop interfering in the middle east. Second stop meddling in their election and supporting regime changes. Third stop our military being the policemen of the world. Then just maybe there will be no Islamic terrorism. Till the United States does these three things, the threat of blow back is very real!

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Neutral

I am American and it is none of my business what they do in the middle east. That is up to Israel and Palestine Government.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Agree

We need immigration reform making it easier for immigrants to legally come to the country.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Anyone that is not a criminal, looking for a better life, and willing to work.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

The money per student should go to the parents, and it is the parents job to decide what School to send their children or home school them. The children belong to We the People NOT the government.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Disagree

Values and morality begin at home and church. The governments job is to keep the people safe and protect the people's rights. This country is a Constitutional Republic NOT a Theocracy!

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

A government job is to protect everyone's rights! Government specially protected class is racist and bigoted on its own principles. As a openly gay candidate, I find this repulsive.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Strongly Disagree

As an openly gay candidate, I also find this repulsive. My question is why is the government in the marriage business in the first place? Who are they to tell we the people who we can marry? The answer to my question was the Democrats and Republicans made the first marriage license to stop Black people marrying White people. Marriage Licenses are founded on discrimination, and are a violation of We the People's rights!

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

CRT is racist and bigoted on its own principles!

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Christian but when I get elected my job is to honor my oath of office and protect the people's rights. My values are to protect the United States Constitution, the Pennsylvania Constitution, and the people's rights, My spiritual beliefs have nothing to do with my job description of the State Representative.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Agree

Voting is a person's first amendment right. A person should not have to show ID to practice their rights.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

1. When elected I will introduce Rank Choice Voting, 2. I believe We the People should have a voice over what legislation goes on in their House and Senate. Representatives and Senators listen to lobbyists then We the People. When elected I will introduce legislation that will give the people their voice back, and introduce a bill that the people can override their government by ballot initiative.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Yes, the Republican and Democrat politicians are racist. The divided We the People, and the people pay the price for their racism. Libertarian believe, in equality for all. We believe that you are born free, you have the right to live your life as you see fit as long as you are not violating others to do the same. Libertarians fight for the rights of the smallest minority the individual. On November 8, 2022 the voter can change and put an end to racism by voting Libertarian! The choice is yours!

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A Government is the biggest violator to the environment! No one has a right to pollute our water air or earth. The free market of ideas has better ideas to protect the environment than some politician with his hand out to a lobbyist!

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Agree

I support the free market not corporate welfare so I also support wind, hydro, and other forms of energy in the free market place.

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

Government jobs are the general welfare of the people, and to protect the people's rights,

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Choose not to answer

I am Libertarian not conservative not liberal. Thank you very much.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

I am open to talk to anyone anytime.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

NO

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

I promise one thing I will honor my oath of office, and fight for all people's rights!

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Strongly Disagree

When elected. I will introduce legislation to end qualified immunity and replace it with government workers being bonded and insured. We the People should not have to pay for government employees violating our rights! It's time We the People take back our control!

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Agree

Starting with Police Officers getting a metal health test to see if their healthy enough to do their duties. There is way too many Police shooting people not have this..

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Article One Section Twenty One of the Pennsylvania Constitution state The rights of the people to keep and bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned. I will honor my oath of office, and the Pennsylvania Constitution tells me I have no authority in this subject.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree

Sue the person that violated the gun laws not the dealers and manufacturers that had nothing to do with the crime.
