What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
Our founding fathers brilliantly constructed a government with 3 branches ( Executive, Legislative and Judicial ) , to specifically safe guard our individual freedoms, and to ensure a Democracy that would become emblematic of hope for citizens of America and the world.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I was not raised with a religion. My father is Jewish and mother is Ukrainian Orthodox. I do believe in God. My children have been raised Catholic, attending St. Luke School and Fenwick High School. I have a strong moral compass which was established in my home, by my loving parents.
Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?
Somewhat Conservative
Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.
As a supporter of smaller government and individual freedoms, I feel that the government plays no part in judging whom one should or could marry. Similarly, the government should not dictate to a business owner who they can or cannot provide services to. The free market will address the success or failure of said business. Further, the government should not have the ability to dictate to a U.S. citizen what they should financially support if it is against their religious beliefs. For example, forcing a person to financially support birth control, abortion, Planned Parenthood, etc. is a blatant abridgment of religious and personal freedoms.

Additional comment from candidate:
First and foremost, I feel that I am a candidate that the country is in desperate need of; a person of morals, honest and with no ulterior motives. I seek to be a good role model for my children and yours. I want to do away with the labels of " conservative"and "liberals" because once applied to a candidate, half the country stops listening. We must instead start to function in government the way most people live their everyday lives. I am most passionate about homeland security, the economy and education. These are the three areas which so greatly affect what is near and dear to Americans hearts - our children. With this we can all agree. Lastly, I leave you with the phrase that is embedded within all of my beliefs - Freedom of Choice. Something so precious cannot be destroyed and I vow to preserve and defend this right.
