I support legislation such as the First Amendment Defense Act (FADA) that would prohibit discrimination against individuals, organizations and small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
The circumstances surrounding rape, incest and the health of the mother, these are all situations where in my opinion it should be allowed. Utilizing abortion as a form of birth control is not a viable excuse, based on the Non-Agression Principle, the right of the mother to abort ends at the right of the baby to live.
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
The Founders had the foresight to see the corruption which was probable when one branch of government or one person held absolute power. If they wished to continue under tyrannical rule then we would still be under English rule.

Additional comment from candidate:
If voters are seeking a candidate who truly represents their best interest, not those of big business, not someone who has been bought with over a million dollars in campaign donations then they should contact me. I am the only candidate in the district who openly supports term limits, abolishment of the Federal Income Tax and campaign finance reform. In 2016 it is time to send a message to those who have attempted to serve themselves while failing their constituents, it is time to give Liberty a chance.
