What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
I don't know if it was in the nature of mankind, however they understood no one person should have all of the power. But even then it was flawed. The Constitution said "All men are created equal." However at that time the founding fathers didn't consider anyone that wasn't a White Male property owners. in the "ALL MEN". We have improved upon the living document to include women and minorities. And we continue to improve our nation by protecting all marginalized groups in the US.

Additional comment from candidate:
We need to move Indiana forward and our leaders need to be good stewards of our state. As humans we are never going to agree on social issues, but we can all agree taking care of our roads and bridges is necessary. We have spent of enough time fighting over issues that don't have an impact on every Hoosier. Now it is time to focus on cleaning our 43rd ranked air quality, the 38 counties with higher than normal lead levels. And we need to work on ending Indiana's brain drain by making Indiana and inclusive state to live in because that is the only way we can grow our economy.
