What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
Greed, corruption and the desire to acquire wealth and power for the sake of itself and not the benefit of the many. Tyranny and corruption permeated humanities histories for millennia and the Founder's were trying to create a system that would mitigate that " darkness' as much as possible. What we see today isn't a result of the Founding Father's success or failure rather the complacency of voters, and the power hungriness of persons sitting in places of power for too long.

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Any circumstances reasonably and ethically agreed upon by the general medical populace, or instances that would save the mother's life, or in the cases of incest or rape within the same parameters of ethics. By ethics I specifically mean within the first trimester and only rare exception beyond that but nothing within the 3rd unless absolutely and extremely necessary and with the consent of the mother.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe in doing unto others as you would want unto you. I further believe that we as a society are strongest when working together and augmenting our weaknesses with each other's strengths. I believe in the greater good overcoming the problems of the individual. I consider myself a Roman Catholic without the need to attend Church everyday. "Jesus replied, "If anyone loves me, he will obey my teaching. My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him" (John 14:23). We must remember what it truly means to serve, and to coexist in our Melting Pot society. E Plurbis Unum is no more Godly, or Christain than any other religion, which makes itthat much more profound: it is our Universal Truth, together we are strong, divided we are weak.
Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?
Moderate
Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.
I feel that I am morally Liberal, and Fiscally Conservative. Specifically I believe in true equality and equal rights regardless of race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation. I don't believe that religion, Christian or otherwise, should play ANY role in government, selecting political leaders, or have any bass in our Laws (which is also alluded to in the 1st Amendment). I believe that our diversity is our strength and should be embraced. Fiscally I think everyone should pay their fair share in taxes regardless of income, and be held accountable for tax evasion or worse. I believe fair wages should be enforced, and that our tax dollars should benefit taxpayers not be paid out to companies to the tune of $1.5 Trillion Annually. Furthermore switching to Universal Health Care and Education would save tax payers a combined $1 Trillion annually in Federal Taxes alone and thousands per year individually!

Additional comment from candidate:
What we lack are candidates willing to fight back against the corruption and "Party Politics" and " party Cronyism" that has polluted and corrupted our government. We need men and women who understand what it means to serve and to serve the interests of their fellow citizen. It takes a Blue Collar worker, a Regular Joe to do that and that is precisely what I am. I have a heritage of service through my family who have all served in the military and continue to work for the state or are retired from Active Duty. I tutor, and give back to the communities as much as I can, and have been actively engaged with coming up with common sense solution to our problems. The conclusion I have came to is that we don't believe in our own strength o make the changes we need! I intend to change that by winning this election, serving as your Representative and showing the nation just what Regular American's can do!
