Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
For religious reasons I am prolife but the Constitution has no article on abortion, thus the power and choice remain with the states and the people. It is a private medical decision in which the government has no right to deny, promote, or fund.
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
America's founders believed as many do today that man consists of a combination of good and evil and money and power usually corrupts. To define, limit, and separate powers lessons the impact of corruption. However the lines of separation have become blurred in the past several decades with politicians overreaching their authority, stealing that reserved for the states and the people, and causing many of the problems we are experiencing today.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe in a all powerful God who gave man the authority and responsibility of dominion over the earth and the right to form governments to achieve that purpose. As we were also given free will, we have the ability to serve our purpose in life and create heaven on earth, or our own private hell. Our founding fathers advised us to continue to pray for blessings and guidance yet many today seek to deny him then wonder why things are in such a mess.
Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?
Conservative
Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.
I have written many letters to editors and legislators pushing for immigration reform, the Balanced Budget Amendment to stop the spending and other conservative issues. I have supported Republican conservatives for over thirty years. I have left the Republican Party because I believe there are few real conservatives left in it. My whole campaign focuses on reducing the size, scope, and cost of the federal government.

Additional comment from candidate:
In my talks with residents in the District I have heard many complaints about the government and the politicians. I find the most complaints are from people who have written off the system as rigged and corrupt and no longer vote. This is why we have the problem, less voters makes it easier for politicians to manipulate them and the media. If they will register and vote as a block, there would be more than enough votes to put these politicians out. You have a unique opportunity this election. If you are upset about the poor candidates the Republicans and Democrats are giving you like Clinton and Trump, Vote for the Tie. Vote Independent. With both Candidates running nearly equal, just a strong showing by Independents would deny both candidates from getting the necessary electorial votes to win. Of coarse a president would then be chosen by the Congress but would be looked upon as illegitimate because they were not elected, and send a message Americans will not accept poor choices.
