Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.
Based on our founding documents it would be Constitution, voters and God. While the Supreme Court is perceived to have power over Congress, they were intended to act as a checks and balance when Congress failed to follow the Constitution.
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
In the rare occurrence that a mother's life is in danger. Should not be allowed as a form of birth control. The states should determine how they would treat it versus the Federal Government.
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
The yearn for power of a Centralized Authority and to protect the individual from government and the whims of the majority.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Christian saved by the blood of Christ. I refuse to drag my religion through the mud for political gain. My political views are congruent with my religious beliefs and will reflect. However, I try to not use religion to defend my stances because those that I have to defend the stances from may not have the religious convictions I do therefore my points would not suffice.
Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?
Very Conservative
Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.

Additional comment from candidate:
I believe in true "Conservatism" which is the conservative application of government to my life. We have to get the federal government back within Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution. The states reserve most of the power and it is much easier for the people of the states to redress their state and local governments as opposed to an ineffective and unresponsive Federal Government. As far as "eradicating Muslim extremists", our meddling in foreign affairs only empowers Islamic Fundamentalism. History and my time in Iraq has proven to me that more involvement fuels extremism, wastes lives and wastes money. I wouldn't limit our actions to only when threats reach our shores but I certainly do not advocate our continuous failed policies of nation building, regime change, indescriminate bombing or aide to forces that are "friendly" to America. Those forces tend to not be "friendly" long which means we essentially armed, funded and trained our enemies of tomorrow.
