OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES

Election of judges by the people for a definite term of office is the best way to select judges.

Strongly Agree

Which U.S. Supreme Court justice best reflects your judicial philosophy?

Sotomayor

Which of the following U.S. presidents best reflects your political philosophy?

No Answer

The founders established pure democracy in the Constitution because they believed that it is the best form of government to ensure the safety and equitable treatment of all citizens.

Strongly Disagree

Free enterprise and the right to private property turn mankind's natural self-interest into the most productive economic system there is.

Strongly Disagree

George Washington's comment that “Religion and morality are the essential pillars of civil society” is still true today.

Strongly Disagree

Islamic law (Sharia) does not pose a threat to the United States and its Constitution.

Agree

Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

God Voters (the “Ultimate Sovereign”) Constitution Congress & Supreme Court – co-equal but with primary exclusivity within their particular assigned functions and/or spheres, the others within their particular realm of venture:”

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

The tendency to abuse power. Although they were racist in excluding all “Indians” from governance, they wanted to establish “checks & balances” to limit the power of institutions of governance, and allow the individual to wield the true power to ultimately join with others to control the actions of the government.

What is the proper use of legislative history in interpreting statutory law?

Expresses what the body of the congress in issue addressed and how it articulated its knowledge and understandings as the basis of its intent and to serve as guide for interpretation.

What specific text in the Declaration of Independence provides the critical basis for individual rights and the form of government guaranteed in the United States Constitution?

The 2nd paragraph outlining “equal” and “unalienable rights” through the concept that white males who now, for the first time anywhere in the world, formally “owned” land and were therefore “the equals” of King George III of England and now were specifically acknowledged separate and distinct from [according to the Founding Fathers] “the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions” who were not so constituted.

In which partisan primary election did you most recently vote (e.g. Democratic, Republican, etc.)?

Green

The U.S. Constitution and my state constitution should be interpreted as living documents, rather than use a strict constructionist or originalist philosophy.

Agree

In light of the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Obergefell v. Hodges allowing members of the same sex to marry, which justice’s opinion in that case most closely approximates your understanding of marriage?

Justice Kennedy

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

Americans rationalized their usurpation of the position and attendant “rights” of my Autochthonous Ancestors by claiming falsely that, because they did not worship the way the Roman Catholic Church prescribed, the Europeans were correct in ascribing a lack of “rights” to “own land” and “self-govern” to “Indian People” like my Ancestors. My Ancestors always believed in a Creator/God constituted in his manifestations to human beings in nature and our universe and I am today a founding member of our local Native American Church. While Americans claim before the world to be adherents of “Freedom of Religion” their actions towards my People establish that assertion to be a lie. I therefore live by true spiritual beliefs while Americans falsify their claims to this very day.

Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?

No Answer

Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.

There is no answer because my People are not even presently recognized in existence since “Texas” depends upon it being a true factual assertion that the land which now constitutes the putative “State” was “vacant” of human right imbued persons at all times since the “Invader-Americans” first arrived starting in the early 1820s. American Institutions of governance, media, etc., have conspired to this very day to falsify an on-going fraudulent articulation of the common law which is being manipulated so as to ultimately articulate that me and my People are indeed “extinct.” That amounts to the International Crime of Genocide!

Additional comment from candidate:

My focus here will remain to disclose the truth by getting it before the voters so they can make up their own mind. Because it is impossible to go back and try to “re-invent the wheel,” we must pursue equal justice under law by immediately recognizing and acknowledging that "Indians" are human right imbued, and it is therefore imperative that the System in place continue, in all future articulations of law, to adhere to established precedent so long as consistent with the rule of law. The U.S. Constitution is a marvelous document but it continues to be availed off to deceive all, including my People and the world. We must pursue amendment of the Constitution after all People are told the truth and permitted a reasonable opportunity to prepare for all necessary redress and renewed and/or revised articulation of the law. The ultimate objective must be to allow the Autochthonous to have a completely fair, equal, and just input into all future law development.
