QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Agree
I do not think government funds should support abortion, with exception of emergency health to mother reasons.
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Agree
I do believe a person should have this right if suffering due to life threating disease near the end of their natural life and only medical practices are keeping them alive. This must be approved by three state licensed physicians.
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Life threatening to mother and/ or child and unwanted sex such as rape or forced incest would be my wish. However, I do not find it the place of the federal government or myself to tell a person what they must do. That choice must be made among council of the mother to be, family, her physician and her lord. I am personally pro life, but I believe the issue to be a state matter, not federal.
ECONOMY
Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.
Strongly Disagree
Opportunity is available in this country to be who you chose to be.
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Strongly Agree
The past should not willingly burden the future.
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
An overhaul of the whole system. I prefer a flat tax.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
It is in the first. You have religious freedom.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
Religious freedom and government must be separate.
What should be the relationship between the church and the state?
Church and state shall be separate. No law should be created to attempt a change in this matter.
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Vaccines for traditional illness is favored by me. I do not support a COVID vaccine being a requirement.
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
I would like to see university hospitals back in service and mental health hospitals back in service. All citizens of the state shall have access to these university hospitals and mental health hospitals. Private health care shall also be available and hold its place. It is not the place of government to fund healthcare at a luxury level, but to provide a service to treat people and care for the people in a facility. A better answer would be options shall exist, but not only private or government.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Neutral
Israel has the right to defend itself. America has the right to support the effort. I do not support no cause funding of their military, non repay loans of funds and weapons, or US troops on the ground.
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
We need to stop making China wealthier by the minute and invest in our people and lands.
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
Attacks against US and our allies should always be the goal. Endless wars will not solve the issue.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Agree
We must be able to protect ourselves in the areas that we know have high crossings of people.
State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Agree
If funding is needed, the law shall be followed.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
People who come to this land looking to assimilate into the United States culture. Our culture is not forget your past, but adapt to our goal and beliefs as a nation of freedom for all.
VALUES
Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Agree
A person should not be told they cannot reside in a location because of their sexual orientation or gender identity.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Our country should have grown pass race by now. It is time that we stop teaching the future to be victims of their peers. As age occurs and changes the landscape of our people, so can the lost of an ignorant behavior.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Christian.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Disagree
State issued photo Identification should be required for quick voting. If a photo is not available, your registration card can be used with verification that it is your card. All of age citizens should carry a state issued photo identification per most laws.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
Simplify the law. If you are a registered voter in your respective state, you have the right to vote in person on election day or during early voting period at the poll station that you are registered to vote or at the location available during the early voting period. All voters must show state issue photo identification or a registration card. All voters must be at least the age of 18 years at the time of the election day, and must not be incarcerated at the time of the election. All voters must be a citizen of the United States and of the respective state that the vote is occurring.
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
Race does not affect your life unless it is allowed. Being granted special benefits based on race is a use of racism.
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Racism is a behavior practice that must be removed from the lives of all people by their own growth out of the ignorance of that behavior in all its means and practices.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Agree
It must be safe for all. We must be able to provide the energy needs of ourselves.
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cos
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
I believe we must protect religion in all its forms and the practice which people worship in their beliefs, the economy must be allowed to behave in a natural manner and we do not need to be the world's police. America is great because we believe in freedom, not all do.

No
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I want to fight for our Louisiana. We need to protect our coast, culture, people and lifestyles. We need investments in our infrastructure to continue our state's growth. We need to keep our people at home so that our ways do not continue to disappear because its too hard to make a living at home.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Disagree
The job is important and so is the action of the person doing the job.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Neutral
I do want to stop the militarization of the police (peace) force and would rather funds go to community programs and state mental health hospitals.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
I am pro second. I think gun safety training is important.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
Individuals create the action, not guns.
