OTHER INFORMATION

Candidate received a grade of A from the NRA-Political Victory Fund.

Florida Family Action 2026 Primary Election Voter Guide.

This candidate voted for H.R. 485, the Protecting Care for All Patients Act,  which would prohibit federal health programs from using discriminatory measures known as Quality-Adjusted Life Years (QALYs.)  A vote for the bill is a pro-life position that indicates opposition to reducing or eliminating care for people with various disabilities and chronic conditions.

Candidate's D grade from pro-marijuana group, National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML)

This candidate voted against HR 8404 repealing the Defense of Marriage Act.  This vote indicates the candidate holds a position that supports traditional marriage.

One of 149 House Republicans who voted for H.R. 3746, the Fiscal Responsibility Act of 2023, which suspended the nation's debt limit through January 1, 2025. A vote for H.R. 3746 allows the government to spend without limitation for 19 months at an expected cost of $4 trillion.

One of 81 Republicans who joined with Democrats to preserve $315M funding for the National Endowment for Democracy (NED), a non-profit agency with a history of bias against conservatives.

QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

Strongly Agree

The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.

The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.

Strongly Agree

I believe every human life has inherent dignity and value. I also strongly support families who are seeking to have children and believe we should pursue policies that protect human life while supporting access to ethical fertility treatments.

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

I am proudly pro-life and believe we have a responsibility to protect unborn children. I support strong protections for life while recognizing exceptions when necessary to save the life of the mother.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Disagree

Taxpayers should not be forced to subsidize abortion providers. While in Congress, I have consistently supported longstanding protections that prevent taxpayer dollars from being used to fund abortion domestically and abroad. I also have been faithful supporter of the Hyde Amendment.

The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.

Strongly Agree

ECONOMY

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

I fully support President Trump’s return to the Hamiltonian “American System.”

People who can afford to pay more taxes should do so in order to provide relief for working families.

Strongly Disagree

Working families need lower taxes, lower prices and a growing economy—not higher taxes that discourage investment and job creation. Washington should control its spending and allow Americans to keep more of what they earn.

The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

Strongly Agree

Washington has a spending problem, not a revenue problem. Congress must eliminate wasteful spending, restore fiscal discipline and ensure taxpayer dollars are focused on the core constitutional responsibilities of the federal government: National defense and industrial growth i.e. the “American System.” I have supported significant cuts to spending within appropriation bills while also supporting economic growth of our industrial base.

List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.

Hold states accountable for their administration of federal programs. Currently, states administer these programs, and the federal government simply pays the bill. We need state accountability. Strengthen oversight to combat fraud, waste and abuse. Criminal prosecution for those involved with fraud, waste and abuse. End taxpayer funding for DEI and other programs unrelated to agencies' core missions like the Green New Deal. Require greater accountability and transparency in federal spending.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

The First Amendment protects the free exercise of religion. Americans should not be forced by the government to violate their sincerely held religious beliefs as a condition of participating in public life or earning a living.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

The First Amendment prohibits the government from establishing a state religion while also protecting every American's right to freely exercise his or her faith. Religious liberty means government should neither establish religion nor punish, silence or exclude Americans because of their religious beliefs.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

Medicare and Medicaid provide important care for seniors and vulnerable Americans, but a government takeover of health care is not the answer. We should strengthen these programs while expanding patient choice through greater competition within and between the individual states. I fully support countrywide health savings associations and health savings accounts. We must protect those with pre-existing conditions while lowering prescription drug costs.

The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

Strongly Disagree

Americans should not have their personal medical conditions placed in a government database simply to calculate their economic cost. We can improve health policy and medical research while protecting patient privacy and individual liberty.

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

America should pursue peace through strength. Economic security is national security. President Trump and Secretary Bessent recognize this fact by working to reshore America’s industrial might and reestablish the “American System.” We should stand with allies and partners who advance freedom and oppose tyranny while ensuring that American military power is used strategically to protect our national interests and security.

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

The Chinese Communist Party is one of the greatest strategic threats facing the United States. We must confront China's military buildup, cyberattacks, intellectual-property theft and efforts to dominate critical industries while strengthening America's military and economic security. We can only meet this threat through full implementation of the “American System” i.e. national defense and industrial might.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

Yes. Israel is one of America's strongest and most important allies, and our partnership is vital to security and stability in the Middle East. The United States must stand with Israel against terrorism and hostile regimes such as Iran while supporting Israel's right to defend itself and its people.

Islamic terrorism is a threat to the United States' national security.

Strongly Agree

Radical Islamic terrorism remains a serious threat to Americans at home and abroad. We must maintain strong intelligence, law enforcement, border security and military capabilities to identify and defeat terrorist organizations before they can harm the American people.

IMMIGRATION

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

America is a nation of immigrants, and we should continue to welcome people who come here legally, respect our laws and want to contribute to our country. Our first responsibility, however, is to secure the border, enforce our immigration laws, protect American citizens and ensure our legal immigration system serves the national interest. I am proud to have supported to legislation to secure the border and deport criminal illegal aliens.

I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

Strongly Disagree

No city or state should be permitted to disregard federal immigration law or obstruct lawful immigration enforcement. Sanctuary policies undermine the rule of law and make it more difficult for law enforcement to keep dangerous criminals off our streets. States and cities that do not want to uphold federal law should not receive federal funding.

EDUCATION

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Strongly Agree

Parents, teachers, states and local communities—not Washington bureaucrats—should drive education policy. I support dramatically reducing federal bureaucracy and returning greater authority over education to states, local school districts and parents.

Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.

Strongly Agree

Hostile foreign governments should not be permitted to buy influence over American schools and universities. We need greater transparency and strong safeguards against foreign governments—particularly adversaries like Communist China—using money to influence American education.

VALUES

Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.

Strongly Agree

Children deserve protection, not irreversible medical interventions or ideological pressure. Parents have a fundamental role in raising their children, and taxpayer dollars should never be used to promote or provide irreversible gender-transition procedures on minors.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Strongly Agree

My Christian faith has shaped my belief in the dignity of every human life, the importance of family, service to others and our responsibility to care for our neighbors. I believe our rights ultimately come from God, not government, and that religious liberty is fundamental to the freedom that makes America exceptional. I also believe that marriage is a holy sacrament between one woman and one man.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

Every eligible American should have the opportunity to vote, and every legal vote should be protected. Requiring identification is a commonsense safeguard that strengthens confidence in our elections and helps ensure that our elections are secure, fair and transparent.

EQUALITY

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Strongly Agree

Women and girls deserve privacy, safety and a fair opportunity to compete. Biological sex is real, and policies governing women's athletics and intimate spaces should recognize that reality while treating every individual with dignity and respect.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?

America needs an all-of-the-above energy strategy centered on reliable, affordable American energy. Natural gas and nuclear power are particularly important for DEPENDABLE baseload electricity.

ABOUT YOU

Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.

No.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

No.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

I am a constitutional conservative who believes in limited government, fiscal responsibility, a strong national defense, secure borders, the sanctity of life, the Second Amendment, religious liberty, free enterprise, the "American System" and the rule of law.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

Strongly Agree

Protecting children from sexual exploitation is a fundamental responsibility of government and law enforcement. We must aggressively pursue predators, traffickers and those who exploit children online while giving law enforcement the tools necessary to keep children safe.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Our Constitutional rights under the Second Amendment do not stop at any state border. The Second Amendment protects the individual right of law-abiding Americans to keep and bear arms, and that constitutional right must be defended in every state. Our focus should be on enforcing existing laws against violent criminals and improving public safety. This is a right that cannot be infringed upon.
