Christian values were the foundation of my young family life growing up where I was blessed to be born into a family where serving God, country and a fellow man was expected. I lived these values and am proud to pass on these foundations for life to my children.

I was Executive Director for St. Johns Water Management District where I led a 25% budget reduction at this state government agency, with efficiency management measures and inspired a culture change for responsive taxpayer and environmental enhancement services.
