Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Strongly Agree

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Agree

The U.S. military should wait for militant Islamic groups to directly threaten our national security on our shores, rather than eradicate them now wherever they may be worldwide.

Disagree

The United States must maintain a nuclear arsenal that is safe, reliable, modern and numerically superior to those of potential adversaries.

Strongly Agree

I support legislation such as the First Amendment Defense Act (FADA) that would prohibit discrimination against individuals, organizations and small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Under no circumstance should abortion be a pursuit of the public.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

The Founding Fathers knew that despite our attempts at being good and perfect, we as humans fail. When the nation was founded, they wanted to protect us from the tyrannical leadership they had encountered including a king who made his own interpretations of Scripture or treated people harshly if they did not believe like him. They set up checks and balances in order for government to have accountability and limited power.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Christian. No man comes to the Father except through Christ. I depend on God for daily wisdom and hope to glorify God in all I say, think and do. My highest value is the truth-- even if it means admitting a mistake. I believe kindness goes a long way, and our leaders can model to others how we ought to treat one another. I am a lover of justice, and I will continue to fight for those who are oppressed or mistreated in this world. I believe women need to be valued, no matter what their role is in today's society. I am for liberty, faith, and family.

Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?

Very Conservative

Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.

I've fought for the religious freedoms of people around the world, pointed out the shortcomings of a liberal agenda to leaders in our foreign consulates as well as to followers and friends, acted fiscally responsible, while poor and destitute did not take on government assistance, refuse to use subsidized insurance, speak out for our conservative principles in speeches and through writing. I've been a member of the Republican party since I was 18.

Additional comment from candidate:

We can make a difference. Our Republic is up to us. Let's make a real difference this year in who we send to Washington so that we can have relevant, informed decision-makers in Congress who will fight for our families, our nation, and our freedom. I ask for your vote. God bless you!
