Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Only in cases of reported rape, incest of a minor and to save the life of the mother. And then ONLY within the first trimester.
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
Greed and the thirst for absolute power were instincts of mankind that our founders wished to curtail. This is why the checks and balances of three separate but equal parts of government were established. The desire to create a government that supported, not suppressed, the desire of mankind to live as a free people. The belief that the rights of man were given by God, not granted by government. And to this end, the founders created a government of the people, not a government over the people.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a very spiritual Christian that believes in the teachings of Christ. I believe in helping others when possible. But I also believe that helping others should be a personal private decision, not a mandate of the government. I believe in Liberty before Life. For Life without Liberty is merely an existence.
Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?
Conservative
Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.
For 17 plus years I have fought at the city, county and state level to protect the rights of my friends and neighbors in Wyoming. I have lobbied at the state level for the right to conceal carry without a permit in Wyoming. I have defended personal rights, property rights and business owner's rights at the city and county levels. And have opposed over spending and over intrusive legislation, and rule making, at all levels. Numerous public records exist to verify my efforts to maintain the liberties and freedoms we have been granted by God.

Additional comment from candidate:
Our founders intended for us to have a citizen legislature, not one filled with attorneys and career, professional politicians. I have been a proven fighter for over 17 years and will continue to fight for Wyoming in Washington. I will stand up and fight for Wyoming jobs. Stand up and support Wyoming families. And stand up to defend Wyoming values. Just as I have been doing at the city, county and state levels. Not because it was my job. Not because I was elected to do so. But because standing and fighting in support of our neighbors is the right thing to do. It is the Wyoming thing to do. Ask yourself. If someone hasn't had the desire to fight for you at the local level, can you be sure they will fight for you at the Federal level? Do you want a representative that only shows up out of the shadows at election time, or one that has proven their willingness to fight for you all the time?
