Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

It is not my call to answer that- even in previous question you put 'governments should define marriage' - it is mixing 'marriage' and who is the decision maker - you are dumping all branches of government in one and expect to 'evaluate' on flawed questions. We have free will - however, understanding that life begins at conception can eliminate frivolous decisions. Abortion is the issue to discern - it has become the core of misunderstanding - how about talking about life that started. Otherwise, one would not have to 'terminate'

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

The nature of people - I object your 'wording' - it is the 'nature' of control freaks - and that is tyranny. Read AGENDA 21, read education cases, how teachers are losing rights to consider later 'teachers' shortage' as groups of individuals - including teachers' unions destroy education. These are transferred from district to district - cliques, family members. In reference to union - once they enter schools, teachers are destroyed - my experience showed that no Weingarten rights, etc.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

Christian faith, values - U.S. Constitution - freedom in general and specific sense - the Founding Fathers are turning in the grave as Washington State courts are unaccountable, set to decide cases, including education - with no evidence, no due processes - AGENDA 21 - refer to my Statement - STOP AGENDA 21. Listen to USA elders - John Taylor Gatto - "The Ultimate History Lesson of American Education", Charlotte Thomson Iserbyt "Deliberate Dumbing Down of America. And - Global Road to Ruin through Education - google, listen, and discern.

Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.

Public track record is belief in the U.S.A. Constitution. You may start with accessing public record from Washington State Supreme Court - contempt for teachers and no accountability for courts - then, you will see Tables of Authorities I submitted - courts' contempt for USA citizens in education cases - record (submitted briefs) was on website at some point. King County No. 10-2-12633-3 KNT and No. 10-2-15425-6 KNT; case number in Seattle Court of Appeals: 66204-0- I (Consol. w/No.66206-6-I), and assigned in Washington State Supreme Court: 87970-2. Appeal 3 and 4 in this one matter King County No. 10-2-30916-1 KNT and No. 10-2-34635-0 KNT, in Seattle Court of Appeals: 66908-7- I (Consol. w/No.66909-5-I), and assigned number: 88447-1 in Washington State Supreme Court –back in Kent superior court where it started, and again – with new evidence of Loudermill hearing and Weingarten rights disregarded as was unlawfully disregarded – opposite to RCW 28.A.405.380 – appeal filed directly i

Additional comment from candidate:

You may access Public Comments - Tahoma School District 2014-2016 - so you will understand why laws - e.g. built environment (SEPA) is disregarded as school - here high school is being built, you may check the records in Archaeology & Historic Preservation in Olympia (1110 Capitol Way S #30, Olympia, WA 98504) as I nominated old TaHoMa High School as historic building - the district used tenant improvement and the heritage - high school had no 'historic' status. As I nominated Tahoma in the mentioned Historic Preservation in Olympia - neither me nor the historian were welcomed - You may listen to my Public Comments in front of the Board of Education in 2009 and 2016 - recent as in the link (written but there are oral records) http://sbe.wa.gov/documents/BoardMeetings/2016/Mar/GrazynaProutyPC.pdf You would find an abundance of all Basic Education laws, statutes I submitted - under applicable RCWs, WACs - - courts' contempt and a lack of accountability connects to question 19.
