What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

The notion that man is fallible and corruptible. No man is without sin, and the temptations of man may cause him to abuse power against the people.

Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

God, Family, voters (CITIZENS) Constitution. It is the states in our country and the people who form our government which is of, by and for the people. Yes, I added family to your list as these are my priorities.

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

If a woman is raped against her will.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Christian. I believe the word of God and the Gospel are the best ways to live ones life. Laws set by man that do not comport with God's word and the Holy Gospel are not in line with the my values or the Constitution of the USA and Washington State

Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?

Very Conservative

Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.

I served my country with honor for 25 years. I was the President of Liberty Watch of Washington, a group dedicated to ensuring that the people have a voice with their elected representatives and that no government or public sector officials are able to trample over our rights under the Constitution of these United States or the Constitution of WA.

Additional comment from candidate:

I will fairly represent all the people of WA in my job. I will be a good steward of our public lands and I will do my best to listen to the people to help form my decisions. I will also work as a servant leader for the people within my department to set an example in WA for how an agency should be led to work for the people of our state.
