What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
They wanted freedom to do what is right and not be forced by the government. They defined the powers given to each branch so that the branch with the most power is the one closest to the people. It has limited powers. They did not want a king or dictator.

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
To save the life of the mother. In case of rape or incest, preventing the fertilized egg, if any, from entering the womb using precautionary methods in case pregnancy is unknown.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Christian. I am pro-life and pro-choice (by actual definition). Tax-payers should be not forced to fund any abortions nor any organization that promotes abortion. Workers should not be forced to pay union dues. There needs to be more natural remedies (God's remedies) used and less drugs. Creation Science should be taught along with macro-evolution (if taught) and allow common sense to prevail.
Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?
Conservative
Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.
Do I have a track record? You can look at my current website before I modify it. You can also look at my previous voter guide and Spokesman Review archives. Read Inlander issue fall of 2009 that commented on the candidates, and blasted me and my opponent, but was OK with the other two of the other position for School Board District 81. Actually< I think their obnoxious comments actually help me get votes, especially from Christians. Check my voter registration in California up through 2005.

Additional comment from candidate:
I want Washington to be a business-friendly state by getting rid of some of the most unnecessary and burdensome regulations and deduct the cost of employees from B&O tax. Government workers and those on government hand-outs depend on it.
