Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
I have been an elected official since 2004 and my voting record is available to the public.
What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
Through the promotion of policies that reduce regulation and taxation. This would allow businesses to have more dollars to use for expansion creating the need for more employees.
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
Support policies that create more competition in the market place. Allowing more procedures to be done in the most cost effective setting. Promote policies that would allow for national standards that could be effectively administered to allow for providers to become licensed in other states more quickly.
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
The role of government should be one of adopting policies that allow the free market to thrive.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
I am a husband, father and grandfather. I am State Certified Contractor. Currently I am the COO of a growing real estate investment firm. I served on the Marion County Commission for 12 years. The mixture of my life experiences and public service give me the insight and experience to understand how the decisions I make about government policy affect my fellow citizens.
