Agree

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

While human beings are flawed, we have the innate ability to look to the well-being of ourselves and each other. Government, by its very nature, imposes restrictions on individual rights. However, governance is necessary. Therefore governance should be applied for the people, by the people - all based on a solid moral foundation.

Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

God; Constitution; Voters; Congress/Supreme Court

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I sincerely believe that an unborn baby is a human life. However, if we could get a majority to agree to curtail abortion on the condition we concede the choice in the cases of rape, incest and mother's health, I would make that deal. There should be two conditions: 1) A police report must have been filed or the Doctor's signature is on a health-at-risk document and 2) the procedure is thoroughly explained to the expectant mother. I feel this would eliminate most abortions. Abortion as birth-control must stop. Saving some/most lives through concession is better than saving no lives while being unyeilding on this stance.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a follower of Christ. I try to follow His teachings, especially those outlined in Matthew 5-7. But, I certainly need His grace.

Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?

Very Conservative

Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.

I only have my votes as a publically available track record. There was a challenge to the Monroe School District that is publically recorded where my family challenged the establishment of a school club based on sexual activity of minors (Gay-Straight Alliance - 2004)
