I have represented the Republican Party and Republican candidates in every major election in Florida and other states since 1998. This includes being in Palm Beach County during the Bush v. Gore recount. I performed pro bono legal work on behalf of Elian Gonzalez in the attempt to prevent him from being returned to communist Cuba. In 2003 I won the first major workers' compensation anti-fraud case in Florida. I have done legal work for the NRA and regularly represent business's and individuals in defense of the Second Amendment and firearms rights. I am a frequently asked to speak about the Constitution by tea party and liberty groups. I teach an adult Sunday school class titled America's Providential History covering biblical principles in our founding documents.
