What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

The Founding Fathers knew that when government is big, the liberties of the people become less secure. They also knew that the government would not be perfect and they anticipated individuals wanting to benefit themselves. That is why they used that, and pit ambition against ambition from one political opponent to the other. That way they could keep each other in check and not have one or the other have more influence against the other. It is the same way when it concerns the federal government.

Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I believe it should be allowed in all cases where the mothers life is endangered, and when the women did not consent to having a relationship with the child's father. If the women did consent and it resulted in her having a child, I believe the mother should take individual responsibility for her actions and carry the child. The Child is not responsible for the actions of the mother and its father, it is simply a result of it. Therefor, it should have the opportunity to thrive like everyone else.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I converted when I was 19 years old because I was taught that we all have to cherish our own agency, free will. That being able to be free and choose to follow who we please is a choice that only we as individuals can make, not anyone else.

Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?

Moderate

Additional comment from candidate:

We must stand united against the establishment who is constantly eroding our liberties away. Though we might not have that much influence on a federal level regarding to many issues, we can protect ourselves by nullifying any action here at home that violates our liberties. By voting for me, you are voting for actual change. Change that will be remembered and that will be seen.
