Healthcare programs that where available through the employer (workplace) is a model I believed work best in the past. It encouraged people to find employment. I am a small business owner, with decades of experience. Fiscal responsibility is a must in any business. It’s time we run our State fiscally responsible and stop the spending waste.

I will work for government accountability (fiscal responsibility), bring vocational education to the forefront and work with the private/public partnerships to provide incentives for trades to help train our youth and young adults. Helping to educate them with the necessary skills to be competent and competitive in their area. Fight to clean up the homelessness and drug abuse with support from the public/private sector to provide treatment, services and support that will not add costs to the tax payers.

I support the 2nd amendment, and I am in favor of gun registration to help track guns purchases. We need to do a better job at screening individuals who have mental health issues now and those who become unstable. To be confident they do not become a liability to the public.

Yes, There is too much violence and destructive actions recently targeted at racism. In times like these we need to immediately stop the violence and have cooler heads work to resolve the issues at hand. Obviously that will not happen overnight but we need to start the process now.
