What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

man is flawed and our founders knew that mankind would always use the power of the government to tell or make other people live how they lived. In order for man to be free there must be limited government.

Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

This issue deeply divides the country. To speak about it immediately "labels" you. And the issue is complicated. Placing aside the moral applications of the issue, let me speak of it in term of our country and rule of Law. We are after all a country based on the idea of "from many one" (E Pluribus Unum) At it's core this issue is about 2 things. Our god given right to life as states in the Declaration of Independence and our right to liberty also stated there. Is my right to liberty more important than your right to life? The answer is obvious. Of course not! Life is more important than liberty, without it we have not liberty. So the answer to when should an abortion be allowed is obvious. Only when the mothers life is at risk. One cannot be made to give up their life for the life of another. Although the Bible would say no greater love hath a man than to give up his life. How do we balance this with compassion for the mother? That I do not have an answer.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

Love God and Love thy neighbor as thyself

Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?

Conservative

Additional comment from candidate:

Government is not the solution, it is the problem we the people are the solution. We keep electing people to represent us and they let us down. Why. Because they are not rooted in the Principles or individual liberty and limited government. We are Americans. Those are the principles that our country was founded on and we are drifting even running from them at our own peril. I am not a german-american or a conservative-American. I am not a hyphenated American. We must reconcile and come back together.
