What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
In the book "The Selfish Gene" by Richard Dawkins, he explains how it is our nature to do whatever it takes in the process and attempt to pass on our genes. In our instinct, man-kind has always tried to amass power, sometimes at the cost of lives, liberty and productivity of others. The founders of the United States limited and separated the powers of government to prevent 1 individual from seizing too much control over the government, and as a result, over the people.
Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
While my personal religious beliefs maintain that abortion is immoral, and wrong. Constitutionally and as defined via the Roe v. Wade case, Abortion is legal. However, I do firmly believe that Abortion should never be considered a form of contraception. It should always be considered an absolute 'Last Resort' measure in the event that the mother's life is in jeopardy, or in cases of forced sexual contact via rape. Abortion should absolutely never be subsidized by tax dollars or promoted by government. Furthermore, I consider abortion past 20 weeks to be inhumane, dangerous, and I also consider it to be homicide. And allow me to be clear on the fact that I draw a clear distinction between 'Women's Health' and 'Abortion'. To me, Abortion has no role to play in the overall health of a Woman. No sane Scientist or Doctor believes that to be the case either. It is actually being said that Abortion may actually result in later-on adverse effects against a woman's health.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a person who believes strongly in personal responsibility. I believe that accepting ones own mistakes and actions allows us to learn from those mistakes and grow, intellectually. It is important that people understand that the world is, was, and never will be fair. Most people will always have to struggle to make their way in this world, and when we come to grips with that reality, that is when we begin to innovate and become prosperous. I believe strongly in family bonds, family values. My family is the most important thing in the world to me. My mother, father, brother, wife, and son come first before anything else. I am also a Christian who believes in the golden rule, to treat others as you would like to be treated.
Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?
Conservative
Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.
I have only been in the political arena for a short time. But anyone who knows me, understands that I have always been a Conservative Libertarian. This part about me has not changed since I was a child. I have strong family values and an even stronger understanding of ethics in the workplace, ethics in my community and ethics in debate.

Additional comment from candidate:
I am running for State Senate not for myself, but for my community. I love Tacoma. This is my home. Everyone I grew up with, everyone I associated with.. They deserve to have someone who truly understands their struggles and wants to do something to help. I don't care about partisan non-sense. I only care about doing what's right to help my community grow.
