OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Strongly Agree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

Strongly Agree

I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.

Strongly Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I am against Abortion and believe laws are meant to protect the rights of individuals and that includes from others who would deprive them of their rights. An unborn baby is a human life with rights.

ECONOMY

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

Disagree

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

I would reduce spending in areas where it is not appropriate for our government to be providing services. This goes back to my philosophy on government provided in an earlier answer and can be seen in more detail under my Issues page at Fergusonfor.house

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Strongly Agree

Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.

Did not answer

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.

Yes

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

Religious liberty is the right to practice our religious beliefs without the restrictions of government placed upon how we believe or our ability to practice our beliefs. The church does not rule over the state and the state cannot restrict religion. The state does not rule over the religions or Churches rule over the State.

HEALTHCARE

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.

Disagree

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

Did not answer

NATIONAL SECURITY

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Agree

IMMIGRATION

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Agree

State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.

Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Those seeking liberty and opportunity and respect the principles our nation was founded upon. These individuals should be required to follow our laws regarding immigration.

EDUCATION

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Agree

I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Did not answer

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I strongly believe each person has a right to exist and that laws exist to protect the Rights of Individuals from those that would take individual rights away whether that is an unlawful citizen violating the rights of a person through criminal acts or a government acting unlawfully by violating the rights of an individual with laws that defy the proper role government and compromise individual liberty. Christian values.

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

I believe government exists for the people and by the people and that when people come together and form a society that government has to exist to protect the rights of the individual from those that would take individual rights away whether that is an unlawful citizen violating the rights of a person through criminal acts or a government acting unlawfully by violating the rights of an individual with laws that defy the proper role of government and compromises individual liberty. I believe that no human legislation is superior to the right of the individual and that society has a duty to safeguard individual rights. I believe that as a state representative the most important role is to represent the best interest of constituents by protecting their Individual rights and voting with a responsible stance on all issues.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

Other Professional Experience Past Owner of Early Learning Center. Current owner Electrical Contracting Company. Chairman of 23rd Legislative District Republicans where I have dedicated myself to the growth of the Republican party in the 23rd District empowering and encouraging citizen participation in our political process. Education Early Childhood Education and Development and course work completed in Elementary Education, Sociology, Psychology. Community Service Former Suquamish Citizen’s Advisory Council. I have dedicated myself to community advocacy for Parental Rights, less regulation on businesses, Due process related issues, and the wellbeing of children in our Public Schools.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I will be a fierce fighter against the laws that defy the proper role of government defying individual rights and laws that are not financially responsible for our State and the people. I will focus on protecting us from the over-regulation of our businesses and the burdensome taxes that we have seen in recent years. I will be dedicated to solutions to revive and protect our economy and businesses. I will uphold the Washington State Constitution and US Constitution in my decisions. I am committed to working hard on issues that impact the rights and well being of the people of Washington I did not answer the question about Marriage because I believe that the Government should not be involved in marriage in the first place so I was unsure how to answer the question with how it was worded. I did not answer question 17 because I do not like Identity politics and believe that we protect the rights of all individuals and that all people are created equal.

JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY

I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.

Strongly Disagree

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

Neutral

2ND AMENDMENT

Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?

No Answer

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

I am a strong supporter of Second Amendment rights. I do not believe in restricting the rights of law-abiding citizens.

OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Disagree

I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.

Neutral

The Electoral College should be abolished.

Disagree

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?

Legislation to clarify the difference between Public and Private conversation and to ensure that law does not prevent private citizens from recording Public employees in the course of their work where that work can impact the rights of an individual. In our State, many interpret the no recording law to mean that a citizen cannot record a public employee. Where A public employee has the ability to create a record especially one that may become a matter of public record concerning the conversation with a private citizen and therefore that conversation should not be deemed or interpreted to be a "private" conversation. Legislation to place requirements on legislative agencies to better ensure that their agency rules align with the intent of the RCW and purpose of the agency. We need more checks on our State Agencies. Laws to protect victims of crimes especially of sexual crimes and laws that strengthen the integrity of our legal system to ensure due process rights.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

When racism causes someone to violate the rights of an individual it is a threat to our society. The core of my belief is that we protect the rights of individuals and that the government is supposed to protect and uphold the rights of the individuals.
