Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

None whatsoever

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

Mankind is selfish and is a sinner by nature and put self before God. This is why colonist sought religious freedom from the monarchy of King George. John Adams said, "We are a nation of laws, not a nation of men." The Bible is clear that we follow the law of the land, but God's law trumps man's law. Our Founders wrote the Constitution based on their believes in the Bible and Christ. They sought God's guidance and wisdom in lieu on mankind's.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a strong conservative Christian and have a Biblical world view. The Bible is the infallible Word of God. My life changed on July 13, 1986 when I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior.

Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?

Very Conservative

Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.

I believe that our constitution is clear that the federal government should be limited. I am a strong proponent of states rights and feel like our federal government has greatly overstepped its boundaries. The role of the federal government is safety and security of its citizens, not creating a "nanny state" which we have become. Private citizens and states know what is best for themselves. I try to model my political actions after Jesse Helms who is from the town I reside. Jesse never wavered on his principals and neither have I, nor will I.
