Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
This type question is abused by the abortion industry. When a mother's life is in danger, the decision is clearly the mother's choice.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

The government should not force people with a conscious to pay for an immoral act.
The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.

The greatest percentage (over 70%) of the federal budget is paid by the top 10% of wage earners. Almost half of American households pay no federal taxes. The majority of our budget goes to social programs. For example, 80% of Somali immigrants are on welfare. Taking from productive people to give to government dependents only leads to more government dependents. I observed this during a period that I was homeless.

I developed an application 12 years ago that uses machine learning and distributive accounting to assess all government accounts to identify waste, fraud and abuse. Greatest abusers should be removed from government assistance.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

The government should stay out of religion.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
As I stated before, I oppose abuse of these systems and I oppose Medicare for all. Current government healthcare should be assessed for waste, fraud, and abuse.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

The government should not be keeping data on citizens. Medical information should be kept private.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
Foreign policy is not simple, as this question implies. The reason WWII began was because no one stood up to Hitler during his rise. Had we stood up, we would have saved many lives. My father fought in WWII and said the war could have been stopped when Hitler first became a threat. Godless dictators will always go to war and murder humans.
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

We are far too involved with China. In 2013, I proposed H.Amdt.397 for the purpose of amending the Defense Appropriations Act of 2014 to prohibit participation by the Peoples Republic of China in joint U.S. military exercises. In 2014, I wrote and sponsored H.R. 4883, National Rare Earth Cooperative Act of 2014, to require all purchased or procured weapon systems contain only U.S. or NATO produced components.
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
I received the prestigious Arouwad Award for my work in the Middle East. I had both Jews and Muslims work in my congressional office. I've been recognized by both Jewish and Muslim organizations for my work. I support our relationships with all our allies, whether Jewish or Arab.
Islamic terrorism is a threat to the United States' national security.

Saudi Arabia, Egypt and UAE all designate the Muslim Brotherhood and similar grps as terrorist organizations & deal strictly w/radical Islamists. While the US provides social benefits and even citizenship, these countries employ mass arrests & imprisonment, rehabilitation/re-education programs, asset seizures, restrictions on activities, & deportations. They're reforming university programs to counter radical ideologies. The Muslim nation of Pakistan deports the greatest number of Muslims.
IMMIGRATION
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Only those who follow our immigration laws. Priority should be given to those who want to contribute to our country. In H.J Res.87, I proposed a Constitutional amendment to eliminate birthright citizenship, disallow naturalized citizenship to any individual who is not conversant in the English language and who has not sworn allegiance to the United States above allegiance to any other polity. I also wrote H.R. 5433, SECURITY Act to build a fence on our Southern border, plus more.
I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

Such individuals entered the U.S. illegally, breaking our immigration laws. Therefore, they should not be protected from legal action. Citizens of such cities who are harmed should be allowed to sue for damages those officials who violate the law in establishing/operating sanctuary cities.

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Small modular reactors (SMRs) that will decentralize and shorten electricity distribution lines. They would make it harder for a Chinese provocateur to disrupt our power.

Yes, like Donald J. Trump. I aggressively & publicly exposed Obama administration corruptions & blocked Obama bills from coming to House from the Senate. Thus, I became one of Jack Smith’s first Federal targets. DOJ partnered with Lerner's IRS Nonprofit division to spend 4 years, 4 grand juries, and >$22 million to obtain an indictment. A kangaroo trial resulted in conviction & 10-year prison sentence. After nearly 3 years imprisonment, I was honored by Trump's support in commuting my sentence.
