Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
Throughout my life especially during the hardest times there have been people that have stepped in and provided housing, food, clothes, jobs, and opportunities that enabled me to get to where I am today. I want to make a positive impact in this world because it would mean that their sacrifices meant something. I’m a Christian, I believe that one day Jesus will return, but until that day I want to make the best of what we have.
Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?
Conservative

Additional comment from candidate:
We do live in a great country, but it can and will be better! I’m running for Tennessee’s 8th Congressional district because I believe in the conservative principles that politicians so often espouse on the campaign trail. I believe age appropriate religious education should be taught in public schools, but schools should be managed locally and not by Washington D.C. bureaucrats. I believe our healthcare system needs a complete overhaul, but healthcare should be managed by doctors and patients, not lawyers, insurance companies, and the Federal Government. I believe we need to remove the often unnecessary costly regulations on our businesses which cause our nation’s employers to restrict investment, limit hiring, and ship jobs overseas. I believe that that the US Congress has a moral obligation to balance the budget. I believe we can do better by our active duty military, veterans and their families who have sacrificed so much for this country.
