Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Only the life of the mother BUT with current medical advances, where doctors can operate in the womb on the baby, I would say that the mother's life vary rarely is in a situation where both can be saved if the pregnancy is far enough along.
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
They felt that eventually given too much power any single branch could overstep its bounds and become tyrannical, which could lead again to a monarch rather than a republic. Eventually power corrupts, therefore it was necessary to include checks and balances
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Christian. Catholic specifically. My wife is a Baptist. I believe in God, the father almighty, creator of Heaven and earth - I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord. My values are consistent with the idea that All men are created equal and deserve equal opportunity but not equal outcomes. Each person should be able to achieve anything that their ability and knowledge can take them.
Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?
Very Conservative
Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.
Since I am not a politician with a voting record, I can only refer to my lifestyle. I am an avid shooter, hunter and family man. I have a Concealed Cary permit for years now. I am a businessman with a record of high customer service. I have donated to the RAFA clinic and to the Vets Memorial in Paris, Tx. Also donated to the Powderly Fire department. I have used Face Book for some time now , I wear my conservative values on my sleeve on FB and I am a strident Constitutional Conservative. I am a self made man from running my own business for the last 40 years successfully.
E-mail address and phone number for voters to reach you.

Additional comment from candidate:
I am a Constitution Conservative Businessman who will work hard to return our country back to the Republic that it was intended to be. With Liberty and Freedom for all. I believe that the harder you work, the luckier you get. and that the government has no money until it takes it from the people. IT is time that we take our country back. Back from the insider politicians who have made the 5 counties that surround Washington DC, the richest counties in America. We the people pay, as the government spends wildly. They tax us quietly and hand our money back very loudly but with strings attached as if they know better than us! I am a 2nd amendment defender. I am a 10th amendment advocate who would like to see the power back to the states and get the Federal government back to LIMITED enumerated as intended. I would also like to see the 16th amendment (Income tax) repealed and move to a fair or flat tax God Bless America and God Bless Texas!
