Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Only in the cases of rape, incest or the risk of death to the mother.

Defeat them in their homeland and destroy ISIS. Focus more offensive Cyber warfare on their Internet sites.

That absolute power corrupts, absolutely!

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

First, the government needs to turn this over to the free market similar to the auto insurance industry. Health insurance plans should be similar to auto insurance plans, for policy holders, allowing them to choose from liability to Cadillac coverage or a catastrophic plan to a Cadillac health care plan based on individual needs and budget. We must stop this one size fit all approach forced on us by government. America was founded on freedom of choice. We must allow health insurance to be sold across state lines and address tort reform to lower malpractice insurance costs and lawsuit. Consumers pay these cost in their premiums. Congress has finagled a way to avoid having to use ObamaCare. All law should apply to the US Congress as well.

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

Eliminating unnecessary and burdensome regulations. Continue to reduce taxes and pursue a flat tax. Further reduce taxes on businesses because "Businesses actually don't pay taxes, only people do." The government needs to encourage return of businesses from overseas. Typical solution for legislatures is to increase spending. We need to cut spending 10% a year for three years at all levels of government.

What changes should be made to the tax code?

I support a flat tax. Eliminate the taxes on businesses, it is just a pass through. What most voters don't know is that "Businesses don't pay taxes, only PEOPLE do." Legislatures love to tax businesses because most people don't understand that this is true and encourage taxing businesses. Tax on businesses are totally paid by those who purchase company's products or services.

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

The key to bringing down unemployment is having a strong, growing economy.

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

Eventually transition to a self-funded program.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

Experience * U.S. Air Force Academy graduate. * 22 years on active duty retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. * Was Town Manager, General Services Director, & Public Works Director. * An engineering & planning consultant. * Ran the Logistics for the Reagan Ballistic Missile Test Site in Kwajalein Atoll. * 2016 candidate for US Senate NV.
