OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES

Congress should repeal the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare).

Strongly Agree

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Agree

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Disagree

The U.S. military should wait for militant Islamic groups to directly threaten our national security on our shores, rather than eradicate them now wherever they may be worldwide.

Agree

The United States must maintain a nuclear arsenal that is safe, reliable, modern and numerically superior to those of potential adversaries.

Agree

I support legislation such as the First Amendment Defense Act (FADA) that would prohibit discrimination against individuals, organizations and small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Strongly Disagree

The federal government should establish Common Core as a nationwide academic standard for high school graduation.

Strongly Disagree

I oppose the resettlement of Syrian refugees into the U.S. without proper vetting.

Agree

Current regulations on domestic oil exploration and drilling are more restrictive than are necessary.

Agree

It is the government’s responsibility to be sure everyone has health care and a livable income.

Strongly Disagree

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which permitted our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

More restrictive gun control laws are needed to protect public safety.

Strongly Disagree

The founders established pure democracy in the Constitution because they believed that it is the best form of government to ensure the safety and equitable treatment of all citizens.

Free enterprise and the right to private property turn mankind's natural self-interest into the most productive economic system there is.

Strongly Agree

Governments should pay to develop wind and solar energy solutions until they are economically feasible.

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

If medical team believes that the mother's life is at significant risk if pregnancy is continued to delivery.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

The "I know better than you," - how to run your life; attitude.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe in and worship our Creator God that created the heavens and the earth and life. I believe that Jesus Christ is the “Only Begotten Son of God,” was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life; and as a perfect sacrifice was beaten and tortured and crucified and rose from the dead to defeat death. And; that by accepting Jesus Christ as my personal savior I am born again. My sins are forgiven. I believe in Heaven and Hell. I believe in the words Jesus spoke, including John 14:6; Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. I believe that about 2/3rds of our population were Christians prior to the establishment of our new form of government; providing the Godly Culture that enabled the founding fathers to develop and produce the “Declaration of Independence” and the “U.S. Constitution.” I am shocked that Christians have not organized to get federal government out of our schools.

Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?

Very Conservative

Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.

3. The Bible allows walls around cities, never around nations. God intends that people should migrate to where life is better. My ancestors did it. A wall reminds me of the iron curtain, it was used to hold people in the bad country. NO WALL. 6. The proposed FADA law itself is unconstitutional and would require an amendment to the constitution. We must abide by the constitution as written. States may make FADA laws. I fully disagree with the Supreme Court finding on Obergefell v. Hodges and would vote to impeach the culpable judges. I believe they exercised bad behavior by redefining marriage when the constitution does not give that authority to the federal government. 17. God defined marriage, no protection or redefinition required. 20. The federal government has no authority to fund anything outside constitutional limits. The states are allowed to fund entities such as "Planned Parenthood." We should be more pedantic about compliance with the constitution.

Additional comment from candidate:

Democrat President Andrew Jackson balanced his budget 7 of his 8 years, He paid the federal debt down to zero in 1835 AND He got rid of the national bank. (we should do that again, today) Democrat President Franklin Pierce vetoed a welfare bill. Republican Theodore Roosevelt signed into law a welfare bill, now we have 108,000 on welfare, that's about one of every three persons in the country. We must repeal welfare, hunger will drive people to work. We must change the work environment so that ALL can find work. Democrat President Grover Cleveland vetoed a farm subsidy, veto message: no authority to give subsidies in Constitution.
