No taxpayer or state generated funds should go to support anyone's personal indiscretion. As a Christian I hope all who are pregnant can and will give birth, at least so that human life will have a chance with another family. There are circumstances where Medical Doctors and patient condition may warrant an abortion for the legitimate health of the mother. Take the profit out of the equation and watch abortion providers disappear.

There are some instances where the decision might be better made between the family and their medical doctor. Irreparable life ending deformities the baby won't survive following birth or rape.

As a Christian it's easy to know where I stand on this issue. The fact that Oregon allows ELECTIVE abortion up to birth has made Oregon the destination get away for those looking to end an innocent life. Our children are precious and deserve protection.

This must be addressed from both sides, Parent 1 wants to keep, Parent 2 does not, and which sex Parent 1 or Parent 2 is. This is something that will fall to the courts and take into account financial obligations for the child.

We have laws for a reason. To not follow them first requires the effort to change them. There are other laws governing the use of fetal parts that are not being enforced. When there's money to be made, people break the law. Punishment must become more severe.

There has NEVER been any law or bill that says there will be a separation of church and state. Our nation was formed on Judeo Christian values and religious freedom. To say that it is separate to 'state' is ridiculous.

One does not get to impose one's own beliefs on others. There are other places and businesses that would accommodate individuals. Businesses usually reserve the right to deny service to anyone for any reason, be they disruptive, destructive, or foster some moral/religious differences.

OregonChinaCouncil.org, ORS 285A.143, .145, .148, .152, China owns approx. 1.5 million acres of farm/ranch land in Oregon. The battle plan against Oregon includes Chapter 3 of the Art of War and the Agenda 2030 Sustainability Goals as detailed on the OregonChinaCouncil.org website. There are Oregon laws that call for the OCC and its authority. This is a planned invasion using both Democrats and Republicans in the legislature and state leadership. China is NOT our friend.

Not as important as it may have been. Not all Israeli's are bad. Mossad and its agenda suits Israel, not the USA. Freeing nations from Islam is key to stability in any region. Once people get a taste of real freedom and liberty there's no going back. Egypt had to step up and end Islams takeover. Iran will have to do the same. Sometimes America is in a position to help. Israel has its own agenda, and I don't feel they are concerned with our interests.

I lean between B and C. My biggest issue to FAIR and AFFORDABLE. With the takeover by insurance companies, we haven't seen fair or affordable healthcare for the general public. Businesses that used to offer great healthcare plans don't after Obamacare messed it up. We need a system of checks and balances so everyone can get the care they need and that it's affordable whether it's through government or private healthcare options.

This would be necessary for healthcare that is more government involved but should not require names or other personally identifying data.

Demand for the available workforce along with business financial viability should dictate hourly wages. Tips should not be considered part of their hourly wage. I support the END of Income Taxes and know how to accomplish this.

The less taxes & fees, the more money Oregon Citizens have to circulate in our economy. State circulation of money doesn't really have a positive effect on a capitalistic economic system. Oregon is in what our current leadership calls a "Growth Recession." This is an oxymoron. They keep trying to make bad things sound good. Oregon is in a PLANNED RECESSION and full on destruction of growth potential for Oregon.

1. Audit every department, but first the General Fund. Notably, the nonprofit money that there is no accountability. Reduce annual budget by at least 40%. 2. GOAL: End ALL taxes to Oregonians by ending Senate Bill 100, Land Use Planning bill and return to using our natural resources including timber, coal, oil, natural gas, & other minerals. Resource revenues replace taxes & reduce fees. 3. Workforce preparation: School-to-Work programs for 8-12th grade, year 2000+ grads, homeless, & inmates.

Immigration, as found in the US Constitution, is a responsibility of the US Federal Government. We must support Federal laws on immigration. Oregon is not its own country and lacks the authority to make our state or any cities Sanctuary anything.

This can be a double-edged sword. If we have a solid Oregon Superintendent of Schools (Governor), School Board Control, and competition for education dollars (student voucher program), then we will have an education system we can brag about. The US Department of Education has been a money drain on the country with no continuity in education quality from state to state.

Colleges, Universities, and various Pre-K - 12th schools should not receive funds from any foreign source outside of the US or their proxies.

To serve and protect. Enforce the law, protect the population, and make reasonable efforts to rehabilitate those convicted so their reintegration in society has a better chance at success.

This can be done in a variety of ways, but ultimately it will require the most severe penalty for offenders, death. This is as it should be. We as a society should never stand for any kind of sexual exploitation of children or adults. We need real deterrent.

Islam is not compatible with the Western world at all. No exceptions. This would amount to an invasion allowing Sharia law to overcome our own law.

The 2nd Amendment says what it says and doesn't say what it doesn't say. Further details can be found in the Federalist Papers. The only restrictions I see as justified are convicted criminals who have used a weapon causing death or injury in the commission of a crime. There are a significant number of Constitutional carriers who have stopped major crimes because they had a gun on them. That outweighs outlawing guns. There is the issue of tyranny, the main purpose of the 2nd Amendment.

I believe live and let live. Build towards an environment that allows people to operate and build their lives without government interference insofar as they don't interfere with the liberties and freedoms of others. People keeping more if not all of what they earn and using the resources of our state for our state citizens. Our Constitution works when applied equally to everyone. We need leaders, not controllers.

The horror stories of those who have transitioned and didn't take their own lives are heartbreaking. Those who took their lives, breaks my heart and someone other than the transitioner is guilty. Gender transition is a fad where supporting youth angst is waved like a victory flag for mental disorders. This must end. Kids need trustworthy counsel without the agenda to create bigger problems in their lives.

If such a thing is a problem, then there is always the Justice of the Peace. I've known same sex partners who have been Veterans, upstanding citizens, and taxpayers who do not support the LGBTQ Manifesto. They live their lives in peace with their friends and neighbors without imposing their preferences on others. America, land of the free and home of the brave. Be free, enjoy your freedom and liberty.

This is just one of those freedoms that we enjoy. I understand that this can become a big problem for some people, but just as with taking any risk there can be reward or consequences. People should have the right to choose for themselves. I generally avoid gambling and seek every opportunity to minimize risk.

I believe in kindness and intention. I know that God exists as does the greatest gift we all ever received. I also know another great gift we received and that is free will. Our intentions predict our path, so it behooves us to intend well. Kindness should be offered at every opportunity. Opportunities to be kind, helpful, and available present themselves all the time. It's what we do in these moments that define us and multiply our actions through those who experience our kindness. We share knowledge, experience, food, money, time, etc. These are great gifts of self and you'll never go wrong. So, be KIND. You never know when you'll make a difference, but you will feel it when you do.

If you can't identify yourself to vote, then you don't vote. ID is easy to get for any American Citizen. To say it isn't, is a lie. We need fair and legal elections. We are learning that there has been election fraud in every state and yet we've been told before that our elections are the most safe and fraud free. Another lie.

No reparations. However, if people really want this, then they have to go to the people who sold them. Start with the Arabs and Africans. Every slave that made it to America were sold into slavery by their own people and Arabs. My ancestors were French slaves in Nova Scotia. They were kicked out of Canada when slavery was ended. After making their way to what was known as the French owned Louisiana Territory and the Louisiana Purchase, they became Americans.

Man is like a flea on a flea on a flea on a dog's back in this arena. There is no amount of money that can stop real climate change, it's all a scam. With the billions of dollars they have managed to take, what have they done? In Oregon the Climate Change nonprofits pay an average annual salary of $79,000. How many Oregonians make that? What do they do all day long? Nothing of consequence. We must defund the Climate Change nonprofits and put that money towards things that actually help.

Water power (dams), micro nuclear power cells, and natural gas. Water power has been the most reliable. Micro nuclear power cells are small, safe, efficient, technologically advanced, and can use up the nuclear waste that we have stored in Oregon.
