Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Only in the case where the life of the mother is at stake.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

Lust for power and that power corrupts. They did it to stop dictatorial usurpation.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe that Jesus is the Son of God; that God is three persons; father son and holy spirit. I believe that Jesus Died for our sins and was buried, then rose again in three days and that by faith in him we can have eternal life with him.

Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?

Very Conservative

I have helped reduced the size and scope of government; reduced expenditures by millions and balanced budgets. I have fought against government waste in projects such as high speed rail. I have fought for personal property rights and freedoms against government intrusion concerning water well moratoriums and eminent domain from high speed rail. I have fought for the rights of churches to exist in commercial areas. I have helped eliminate red tape for businesses and promoted policies of free markets. I have helped reduce fees and made it easier to do business. I have supported the increased funding of public safety. I have publicly supported the defense of Israel.

Additional comment from candidate:

I have no answer to question 3 concerning the building of a wall on the border. It would seem to me that history tells us that a border wall can be used both ways; Not only to keep people out, but also keep people in. I am a strong advocate that we must define our security at our borders or loose our freedom within our borders. We should know who is coming in, how long they will be here, what they are doing while they are here, and their health status. We should use a private company to insure that an e-verify system is in place and operable. This would insure that migrant workers could be employed and that our employers were hiring eligible workers. Securing the borders must happen. However, sacrificing the principles of American freedom to do so by walling ourselves in, seems to be extreme. Would the wall be built on Northern and Southern borders? What will we do with our ports? People enter illegally there as well. This subject needs greater thought.
