Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
The reality is Roe v Wade is not going to be overturned, abortion is here to stay. With that in mind, my position on this matter evolves as research does. I am against late term abortions and believe we should prohibit them at the point in which a fetus can feel pain, which some studies suggest is around 15 weeks. I would feel comfortable at this point limiting abortions to the first trimester except in the case of special circumstances such as risk to life of the mother.
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

Conservative
Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.
The Affordable Care Act is a disaster, but we can't simply repeal it without a plan in place to support the millions of people who will be left without coverage. Once we have a cohesive plan, then we should repeal it and move forward. Check out my stances on jacquieatkinson.com
