What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

I believe that the founders created a system of limited government in order to protect the people from tyranny and a government that which resembled that was endured during British rule.

Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

The Constitution should be the supreme law of the land and the single reference point to which we govern our society. Any powers not mentioned should be left to the individual states.

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Rape, Incest or the immediate life/death health of the mother.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am very private about my beliefs and religion. I have raised my children in the same church where I have attended worship for over 30 years: Trinity Lutheran Church.

Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?

Very Conservative

Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.

I have publicly denounced public-sector unions, refused to take the state pension, campaigned as a Life Member of the NRA, been given a Pro-Life rating from the Pennsylvania Pro-Life Federation and made a pledge to fiercely defend the Constitution.
