Never voted for a tax increase. Reduced spending, debt and the size of government. Eliminated six departments and an authority. To my knowledge, only government entity in country to eliminate a Human Relations Commission. Fought for the rights of the unborn. Took on special interests. Structurally balanced budgets for the first time in 25 years.
