Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I am unequivocally pro-life! Psalm 139 and many other passages in the Scriptures makes it clear that life begins at conception. I am committed to protecting the unborn and am disappointed with the lack of resolve of many Republicans regarding this. I believe you should always do everything you can to protect and preserve life. If you permit abortion in certain cases you lose credibility in our pro-life position. Why create another tragedy by permitting abortion in certain cases.

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?

This is a excellent question. Here is the core issue in my opinion. I believe in the Reagan doctrine...”peace through strength”. If we have a robust, efficient and well trained military then we will be able to defend our national security whenever it is threatened. I do believe we should be prepared and willing to take preemptive action if we are aware of a “real and present” danger to our security. The breeding ground for radical Islamic Terrorism is in the Middle East, therefore we need to have a strategic intelligence and alliance apparatus in place. We also need to have Israels back and defend them without hesitation! I hope this helps. May God continue to protect the USA and may our leaders have the courage to stand up for truth and justice.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

They were leaving the tyranny of Great Britain and were focused on creating a form of government that limited the reach of the federal government and gave the power back to the people through the states. They created our system of Federalism to accomplish two things: protect our national and economic security. They were brilliant in crafting the Constitution to promote limited government and the free market.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a born again christian. I had a humble upbringing in a pastor’s home and grew up in New England and the Mid-Atlantic States. I received my B.S. degree in Pastoral Studies from Baptist Bible College in Clarks Summit, PA. During my studies I traveled to Eastern Europe on a mission trip to the area formerly known as the “iron curtain”. This experience had a significant impact on my life and caused me to have a new appreciation for the freedoms in America and it solidified my faith in our Lord. Throughout my life, I have gained an appreciation for how challenging it can be to live the American Dream, having experienced difficult seasons in my life and persevering with the Lord’s grace through them all. My journey is not unlike many citizens in Indiana and thus has prepared me to be an effective advocate for the people of the 6th district. My unwavering faith in God has sustained him and is the reason I remain focused on preserving our way of life for our great nation.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

I believe you should let the free market reign! You need to let health insurance companies compete across state lines and provide HSA's (Health Savings Accounts) for all citizens. I also believe you should de-regulate the insurance industry. Another key component is promoting concierge services. If individuals start paying for health care directly then the providers will have to compete for their business.

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

Government should continue to lower the tax burden on businesses and individuals. I personally believe that the IRS should be eliminated and we should go to a Flat or Consumption tax. If we have a equitable and non-discriminatory tax on all consumers, let's say 10%, then the tax receipts will increase and the economic incentive to innovate will sky rocket.

What changes should be made to the tax code?

See my answer in question 31.

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

The greatest antidote to poverty is free market capitalism. If you give more money to individuals and business owners, then they will have the incentive to earn more and expand their market share. Socialism is antithetical to economic opportunity for all. Those nations that have not embraced this philosophy have proven that the reverse occurs. Case in point, look all across Europe and Central & South America.

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

I am confident that individual citizens should be allowed take a minimum of half the money that is going into Social Security and be allowed to reinvest the other half into a vetted list of Stocks, bonds and mutual funds. All honest research supports a conservative approach to reinvesting retirement income.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

My corporate journey, military service, graduate education and life experiences have uniquely qualified me to head up this new venture – Brand On Americas! My entrepreneurial spirit has been a driving force throughout my whole life and I am eager to achieve great things with my partners at Modulex Americas Group. This is a dream come true.
