Author and Sponsor of the 18 hour waiting period before having an abortion. Author of the bill requiring the woman the right to view her child's ultra-sound and to hear the baby's fetal heart tones. Author of the bill forbidding the disposal of a baby that has lost its life due to an abortion or miscarriage in any way than through internment or cremation. Author of the bill that protect our constitutional rights to protect one's life and property by use of lethal force against those who illegally enter one's property. I have only voted for balanced budgets. Sponsor of the Indiana Constitutional Joint Resolution to define marriage as between one man and one woman. Author of a bill to protect each personal liberties guaranteed under the Indiana Constitution by the legal procedure of Strict Scrutiny.
