Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I am pro-life across the board.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

Separation of powers are designed to prevent majority rule. Each system has checks and balances which are designed to restrict absolute power and retain our system as a Republic. When those powers are no longer in balance, it is the right of the people to rise up against their King. (John Locke)

Additional comment from candidate:

I am not a politician. I want to serve my community, my district and use my God given abilities to make this nation better. I pledge to protect our constitution, restore our liberties, reduce the size and scope of government, lower our taxes, and ensure our religious freedom is maintained.
