Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Rape, or if the mother’s life is in danger. My mother would always ask me if I was a doctor or a woman when this came up when I was growing up. Then she’d tell me how if I were ever tried to take a woman’s right away, she would have a very late term abortion. ....I’d very much like to avoid that. All of my plans would avoid The whole Roe vs Wade thing going after rapist to make sure there are no more future abortions because the the rapist are all locked up and women can feel safe again. I want to build a database to find all the toxic and dangerous places so that a family will never again have to be told that their home has poisoned the unborn child & I want to set up programs that empower young women so that they will be be strong and say “NO” with confidence. My goal is for every abortion clinic to close because they don’t have any customers.

We need to stop looting the accounts when ever we need money. And we need to return the funds that have already been taken out. I’d like to pass a law that said you couldn’t touch that money anymore.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
I want to change the way the military buys fuel. Right now they have to keep using the same amounts every month. If they don’t they lose fuel money. I want to just change it to so they don’t have to waist fuel and money to keep the numbers up. Just get them enough money to match what their max fuel use was, even it they don’t fly that much ever again. It’ll save money, fuel, aircraft, parts, and aircrew lives. But that’s just the start. Cutting congress’s pay would work too.
Under what circumstances should taxpayers help pay off existing student loans?
I’m on the fence about this. I want to say never, but if I lose here in March I wouldn’t mind Burnie paying off all my student loans. LOL. I kid. Look, the only future you can make is to go to school but damn it’s crazy expensive. Most of the people taking loans are like me. So maybe a little help is not a problem but I’ll leave that to the experts to tell me how much and why, and we can see what we can afford.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
that the government can’t pass laws based on religious beliefs. There are 300 different types of Christian religions and believes and They all think the others are wrong and that they are the only ones that are right. I really don’t want to live in a world where I’m told who I can date, marry, or how I can make love to my wife. Everyone is all scared of Sharia Law but look at what Christian law is like. It’s like the Scarlet Letter come to life. That and I love bacon and ham. I also hate those guys who claim their business is part of the church so they don’t have to pay taxes. Like dude it’s a garage working on high end cars or a print shop making labels. That just a scam.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
I have a plan that I want to try. I call it the “Food service Workers Plan”. I want to use Obama-care to get it out there for everyone in food Services. Think of it as a union healthcare without the union. You just have to work in food service. You can buy it or your boss can buy it for you. And the best part is the government doesn’t pay a thing for it, but it will still be cheap. The goal is a $12 a month, if you work in fast food or a restaurant you can get it, part-time and full-time, a family plan is just $24 a month, no deductible, full coverage, and just something awesome that will make me want to work my Saturday at the corner McBurger. It’s something worth trying, and if it works the hope is that other industries will work together to do the same on their own. On the pharmacy side of things there is a law already on the books banning cost gauges for things that are needed to survive. I want to add medicine to that list and limit the max profits to 35%.

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?
I think this question is the problem. It’s not something you can bomb or shoot away. Right now they are recruiting using the news reports of the pardon and release of that SEAL to show we don’t care about them. The man was killing civilians, blowing up homes, and posting his kills online. All those kids, fathers, brothers, and so on hate us because it looks like we reward monsters who we sent to kill them. ISIS couldn’t ask for a better recruitment ad. We betrayed our friends and allies who were helping us fight ISIS. Friends who trusted us to stand with them are now doing what ever they can to protect their families. But you know what? How about we stop kissing the Saudi Arabia’s ass. They funded The 9/11 attacks. They supported Osama Bin Laden. This oil money is nothing more than blood money that is used to fund those who want to kill us, and now we send troops to protect their oil fields.

I’m an old school Republican, I’m fine with people coming here from Latin America and South America because they tend to be Christian and when they become citizens they tend to vote republican. ...really I’m fine with everyone. The love of my life is an immigrant. My ex-girlfriend’s family came here running from a invading government who wanted to kill them. Her Father was a teacher at both West Point and the Naval Academy. My family came here from all over. We are supposed to be the beacon of hope for the hopeless. The place where you can go from nothing too greatness.

I’m Roman Catholic I am very religious. I just don’t like to talk about it because I have had my walking with Jesus moment, and I’m not comfortable with talking publicly about it. In short I drowned once. It’s hard to talk about because so many say those kind of things and experiences are fake and more like a dream than a near death experience. But I have been around those who believe god will give you a sign of what he wants you to do, but till then you should take care of others.

I used to think I was a moderate because I don’t like to be loud and an ass in getting what I want or think should happen. But, I kept being pulled aside and told to stop saying that. That I was more conservative than anyone they’ve ever met. That I don’t just go with talking points but talk about all the true issues, and my plans might take longer to do but will get the job done no matter if it’s a Republican run government or a Democrat one.

I’m a simple person. I wear steel toe shoes everyday to work. I collect old pens. I’m pretty cut and dry, but I am tired of the string of friends who have died and Congress does nothing. When bad things happen to us working class people all we hear about is that we need to stop whining because the stock market is great. We need a person who represents us not the corporations, but what we really need is some that understands that they don’t represent one party but everyone in this district no matter the party, religion, or color of their skin. That’s something we’ve been needing for a long time. Because a united America is unstoppable and I am that person.

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
There are already plenty of laws on the books we don’t enforce. The problems are with the FBI background check systems. They need updating and speeding up the system so that it doesn’t take months for a name to get on the “No buy” list. You could maybe force people to buy high quality safes if they have kids or someone living with them who can’t have a gun. But I’m not sure how that would work or if it would even be possible.

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?
1) budget. The deficit is freaking crazy out of control. We need a balanced budget ASAP. 2) fixing the FBI background check system and pushing to enforce laws that are on the books. No one should ever have their child killed in the door of their family home by a stalker just released from jail. He was able to buy a gun right after leaving jail. That shouldn’t happen. 3) term limits. 12 years in the house, 2 terms in the senate.
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Yes, it’s always been. It doesn’t matter who they are or why they hate the other people. If churches are attacked then all people will be scared to go to church, if Jews are attacked on the streets they will go underground, if our kids are run down by drivers because of the color of their skin we become afraid to let them leave for school. I’ve seen other countries where hate have brought the country to a stand still. Just think about what it might be like if you call the cops and one shows up who hates peoples like you? They might just blow you off. Hell! In the last 3 years we have both Democrats and Republicans being shot by people who hate that party. It’s the hate and racism that will destroy us. Divided we fall, United we are unstoppable.
