Additional comment from candidate:

As an Iraq War veteran, I have seen up close what happens when countries are ruled by tyrants and fanatics. That experience further engrained in me a desire to ensure our nation and our great State of Texas remain beacons of freedom and liberty where our people are empowered rather than government. I would be honored to have you stand with me in this election so we can continue putting forward conservative, limited government solutions to strengthen our state, secure our rights, protect our communities, and enable a stronger future for our children.
