Disagree

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

I believe that the nature of mankind "wanting" to be self governed, but in most aspects unable to be self governed has an impact to this question. We as a people mostly want limited interaction of government in our everyday lives. It is not that this is not granted, but the enforcement of both substantial and fundamental rights within the Constitution is ambiguous to society's interpretation. Especially in the sense of viewing our Constitution from a moral and legal perspective.

Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

1. God, 2. Constitution, 3. Supreme Court, 4. Voters, 5th, Congress, 6th Academia, 7th Industry, 8th Media, 9th Professional Sports.

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Abortion should be allowed in the event of rape. We focus on the abuse and death of fetus, yet lose focus that a child birthed is more likely to fall victim to those same circumstances. I definitely encourage alternative ways to save a fetus's, unborn child's life. But, realistically, that is not how it is all the time. In the case of incest, and molestation. The argument has been that the unborn child has nothing to do with that and they are right. However, what happens to the child victim of the unborn child? I am totally against using abortion as a form of birth control. We have to take preventative, cautious measures. This even for the safety and life of the mother.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

My spiritual beliefs and values are always God first. The creator did not separate sin from sin, but weighs sin according to HIS metrics which are far from human understanding and comprehension. I believe that having a spiritual foundation is the foundation to everything that is to live, and act according to Gods principals as much as we humanly and possibly can. Even the most destitute, deprived, and broken member of society can prevail with the acknowledgement of God or a higher power. God is and should be a part of everything that we do.

Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?

Somewhat Conservative

Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.

1. Amendments 21. I disagree. The Federal Supreme Court decided in the case of "Obergfells vs. Hodges", they had a fundamental right to the pursuit happiness, even if it is the same sex. When the government chooses to interfere with the union of these couples under the covenant of God, it re-positions itself to take a religious stance. Therefore no longer separating church and state. Government should not act as religious institution. 16. In a place of business or anywhere else, there should be no discrimination. We don't chose when to practice Civil Rights. 19. Does not have to be limited to the values of that religion. We need to take into account moral, religious, and personal values of others. One size does not fit all. 13. I would welcome it but fear mass production of educational institutions capitalizing on profit instead of educational value 14. Include also absentee parent clause. No wait period. 15. We accept religious dress, observe religious holidays. Why not?
