Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I believe life of the mother is supported scripturally. However, I would support a bill that included rape and incest as well.

Additional comment from candidate:

I am running to give the people of Lubbock the opportunity to vote for a true Conservative. Someone who will represent the people, not the special interest groups. Someone who will pledge their support to Lubbock instead of the Elite Austin Establishment. We live in one of the most conservative districts in the state, and it is time to have a representative whose voting record reflects our conservative values.
