What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

I believe that the founding fathers understood man's desire to obtain the maximum amount of power and control, thus necessitating a constitution that would prevent any chances of there being a tyrannical government. I believe, also, that government was meant to be small as to protect the harmless beliefs and practices of the individual from being deemed unlawful as is the practice of those in the "politically correct" culture.

Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

God, Constitution, Voters, Congress, Academia, Supreme Court.

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

None.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe that God is the author and creator of the universe and everything in it. I believe that the common state of mankind is that we are all sinful and worthy only of death, and that Jesus Christ - in his mercy - offers us the only means of salvation through his sacrificial death and resurrection. As a man who has decided to repent and partake in that salvation, I look now to the Holy Spirit as my teacher, comforter and intercessor, and the Holy Bible as my source of knowledge and truth. I value the objective standard found in nature which is authored by God, as well as life and liberty. I believe that when governing authorities decide that they are smarter than God and thus begin to disregard the council of his word, they invite the fall of their nations.

Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?

Conservative

Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.

I believe that biblical wisdom supersedes both the liberal and the conservative ideology in that it is the only kind of wisdom that truly promises the best possible outcome across the board. Mindful of the existing flaws within conservatism (no organization is perfect), I do see myself as a conservative because of the fact that - for the most part - conservative ideology seems to support biblical principles while liberal ideology desires to destroy them. I do feel that reform is needed in many areas of our society, and that many of our conservative leaders have been reluctant to address that fact. as a legislature, My loyalty to God and my constituents will supersede my commitment to GOP leadership. I believe there is a way to decrease the size of government, facilitate law and order and address many of the issues that plague our society- all within the confines of conservative practices.
