The inherent nature of man to seek power led our founders to divide those powers between different branches.

I believe Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins, and having him as my Lord and Savior is what guarantees us eternal life. I believe we fail God every day, but is through His Grace and forgiveness we are redeemed and sanctified to accomplish His works on Earth. My values are directly representative of my faith in Christ.

When I took my oath as a Marine Corps Officer, where I served on the front lines in Iraq, I promised to defend the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic.

I believe we need to make dramatic changes to the status quo in Washington, D.C., if we want to save our Republic, and 2016's problems aren't going to be solved by the same career politicians who caused them. I've fought for our nation in Iraq, and with God's guidance I'll fight for it in D.C. as well.
