Strongly Disagree
The United States must maintain a nuclear arsenal that is safe, reliable, modern and numerically superior to those of potential adversaries.
Strongly Agree
I support legislation such as the First Amendment Defense Act (FADA) that would prohibit discrimination against individuals, organizations and small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I asked Jesus to be Lord of my life when I was 9 years old and He has been my Best Friend ever since. I believe Jesus is the Son of God and the Savior of the world and the Bible is the inherent Word of God offering guidance, comfort, wisdom, and practical instruction for daily living. As a Christian, I strive to love and serve God and others.
Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?
Very Conservative
Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.
SOCIAL: Have cosponsored the Freedom of Conscience Act, Born Alive Infant Protection Act, and voted to defend life at every turn. I have been endorsed by National R and am currently serving on the Select Investigative Panel on Infant Lives. I have also cosponsored several adoption bills. I am a cosponsor of the First Amendment Defense Act and a strong supporter of natural marriage. ECONOMIC: I have voted to cut federal spending and have sponsored bills to reduce duplicative, wasteful programs. I have voted to reduce taxes & cosponsored legislation to repeal the death tax. I have voted for a balanced budget amendment and helped craft budgets that balance. NATIONAL SECURITY: As a member of the Armed Services Committee, I have been a strong advocate to replace the onerous defense cuts and ensure our men and women in uniform have what they need. Our most important role is to 'provide for the common defense'.

Additional comment from candidate:
I am honored to fight for the good people of Missouri's 4th District--to take their Heartland values and common sense ideas to Washington to stop the overreach of the federal government and to promote freedom and opportunity for all. It is imperative that we restore the walls of our country by providing for the national defense, protecting our borders, and supporting our local law enforcement. We also must repair the foundations of our country that have been under attack for too long: faith, family, freedom, free enterprise, and our foundational documents like the Constitution. I would appreciate everyone's continued support and vote on November 8. It is time to get America back on the right track. Together, we can do it. Thank you. Vicky
