Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Abortion should be permitted only when necessary to save the life of the mother.
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?
The United States should fully commit its military and intelligence gathering resources to track down and eliminate radical Islamic terrorists around the world. It should also take all necessary economic steps to isolate any groups or countries that offer support or protection to radical Islamic terrorists, including sanctions and/or the withdrawal of foreign aide.
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
The Founders understood that man's nature is evil and that power corrupts. They believed that defining, separating and limiting the various branches of government would hold each branch in check against the other, and thus prevent tyranny.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, that he came to earth in the form of a man, lived a sinless life, and offered himself as a sacrifice on the cross for the sins of all mankind, so that man could be made right with God. If any man believes and acknowledges this, and asks for God's forgiveness, he will be reconciled with God. I made the decision to accept and follow Christ when I was fourteen years old. Since that time, I have attempted to live my life according the leading of the Holy Spirit and the teachings contained in the Bible. God is at the center of my life; I endeavor to please Him and be obedient to Him each day.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
Permit business associations to offer health insurance to their members; allow primary care doctors to offer direct nsurance arrangements with their patients to provide them with primary care; allow insurers to provide coverage across state lines; promote or require transparency in medical costs to patients prior to treatment.
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
The government's responsibility is to create a low tax, low regulation environment in which entrepreneurs are willing to risk, build, and create jobs. The government also has the responsibility to enforce legal contracts, provide for public safety, and build necessary infrastructure that supports the economic sector.
What changes should be made to the tax code?
I believe in a fair, flat, consumption tax. The more you consume, the more you pay. Corporate taxes should also be reduced to encourage companies to bring back cash and reserves from abroad and invest it in the USA.
What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
The best way to bring down unemployment is to lower taxes and reduce regulation. As a result, businesses will thrive, grow, and create jobs.
How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?
The best way to guarantee benefits for future generations is to balance the federal budget, reign in runaway spending and bloated government, and ultimately pay off the national debt. I would not reduce benefits for those at or near retirement. Our promises to Social Security payees should be kept. I do think we should offer younger Social Security payees the opportunity to participate in a self directed, defined contribution retirement plan.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
I've been a practicing attorney (in the area of estate planning and probate) for 20 years, with a law degree and an undergraduate degree. I've owned my own small business for 14 years and created numerous jobs. I've served in the Florida House of Representatives for 6 years, fighting for the victims of human trafficking, protecting small businesses, and passing a fiscally sound, balanced state budget all 6 years.
